April has been very consistent on asking me if I need anything. She is an extremely pleasant nurse who takes pride in making sure her patients have everything they need. She makes you feel comfortable that the care you will be receiving will be in a timely manner and with kindness. She really cares about her patients. She is very soft spoken and makes you feel very secure and safe. In one of my situations I hadn't slept in 3 days and some of the chronic illnesses were adding more pain and stress to my situation(my admission situation), and she had other suggestions that might help. April is an extremely caring, lovely nurse who genuinely cares about patients. Kaiser is very lucky to have her.
