April had a patient who had a rotator cuff repair surgery. The lady was in horrible pain. April treated her pain, but the patient did not get pain relief. April constantly adjusted the shoulder strap and pillows for over two hours. Her tone never changes and she stayed at the patient's bedside.

April was also nominated by several co-workers and is described as a hard worker, always willing to help others, her patients love her, gets along well with everyone and always does what she's asked and never complains.
