There was an agitated patient on the floor who benefited from someone being in her room. The company soothed her. April spent much of her shift in the room talking to the patient. She even went to the gift shop to buy nail polish (2 colors - so the patient could choose) and painted her nails. April consistently shows this much genuine care and compassion for her patients and fellow co-workers.
