My Aunt came into the ER via ambulance on Tuesday and her Nurse was Aprill.

She is the best nurse I have ever encountered.  She is what a nurse should be!  Caring, understanding, patient, kind, not rushed, I can go on and on.

When my Aunt had to go for tests, x-ray, blood work, CAT scan, she explained everything to her.  My Aunt is 92 years old and very coherent, but she was in very intense pain.  Aprill made her very comfortable.  She even took her to the bathroom and assisted her in obtaining a urine sample.  Aprill kept us informed as to what was happening with her care.  

When the Doctor diagnosed my Aunt and told her what her treatment would be, Aprill again explained everything to us.  She also gave us other suggestions for treatment.  The Doctor ordered an enema to relieve pain.  April said she could do it for my Aunt before she left (as she was not being admitted).  This was a relief to both of us!  Aprill obtained a bed side commode and stayed with my Aunt.  

If it weren’t for Aprill, our experience at your ER would not have been so pleasant.  I am sure Aprill is this great with all her patients!!!
