Frequently, I have witnessed Apryl interacting with patients, visitors, and staff, providing quality compassionate care. Her cheery, friendly personality puts everyone immediately at ease. It is obvious she is passionate about healthcare and goes above and beyond to make sure the medical providers, nurses, patients, co-workers have what they need to provide high-quality healthcare. While I was a patient, I saw her calmly and professionally train the new RN while making sure the needs of the MD and I were met. She put me at ease by explaining in detail the procedure the MD was going to perform. She went above and beyond to meet my needs, as well as provide training for the staff. Apryl exemplifies the mission, vision, and values of CCMC. She is always positive, professional, caring, and possesses extraordinary clinical skills.
