Aquina Tucker, MSN, RN

Nurse Tucker is an outstanding member of the Medical Home Port Team. Her welcoming attitude, love for her patients, and attention to detail are second to none. She makes my life as a clinician better! I could not do this job without her fierce dedication. One small example is when she went above and beyond for one of my patients who was recovering from a stroke. Her consistent outreach and extra phone calls to the patient were crucial during this time. She spent extra time and effort coordinating specialty care services and assisting with referrals and other urgent matters. She provided support for this patient during a time of stress and darkness. Nurse Tucker is a perfect example of what a primary care nurse should be.
