Archana makes you feel quiet, safe, informed, and most important, cared for. When I arrived, she immediately breaks the ice by asking life-related matters, talking about family and life. Then she explained all the processes, step by step. But at this stage, after having been talking about other things, I trusted her and my anxiety and trust went up. Every time she was administering drugs, she was explaining the purpose, making me feel that the process was very well-prepared. Being a patient requires good doctors and nurses following standard protocol. But if the nurses do not show their "dare to care" approach, it just becomes a protocol with no warmth. Archana, make possible to feel I was just passing by and that is something I want to highlight.
