She always made you feel that she had a sense of urgency for your needs no matter how small or large.
This nurse is an absolutely necessary asset to Banner and any patients she takes care of. Her bedside manner per se was comforting, calming, welcoming, and skillful, her personality was the top nurturing feeling I received while I was here, even though she was at the end of her 12-hour shift, she was still at the top of their game. She was a master at multi-tasking always helpful and most of all always on me which made me feel more comfortable and at ease. I came in very ill and scared by ambulance and out of all the many nurses, she was #1. She has restored my faith in Banner. I was very depressed, and she was so wise that her brief statements restored my faith in several aspects. She always made you feel that she had a sense of urgency for your needs no matter how small or large. I was a difficult patient at times due to my medical issues. She stayed on top of every one of my concerns. She would occasionally say I am going to go greet my next patient let me know your needs. It’s so obvious she was compassionate it’s so good to feel like you’re not a burden and she always made me feel like you’re not cramping her style. If I am ever hospitalized again, I can only pray that I get her, as she has helped my overall well-being not just medically.
