Just as my father was getting ready to leave the hospital yesterday, he passed out while getting into the wheelchair. Ariana responded immediately with a sternum rub and called the rapid response team. He was out for less than 30 seconds, and the Rapid Response team was there immediately. Three vascular experts, people from multiple areas. It was impressive how quickly they were there and determined it wasn't critical, but was due to low blood pressure from the dialysis he had earlier that day. Ariana did an amazing job sharing the information I needed. She also made sure I was ok when I got overwhelmed with it all. I'm so glad she was his nurse!
