My father was admitted to the east telemetry floor. We had the pleasure of having Ariane as our day nurse. We were blown away by her care for my dad. From the start, we felt we were able to trust her, and she displayed her compassion for the situation from the beginning.

Like every other family member whose loved one is in the hospital, we were scared and had many questions about his plan of care. Ariane answered all of our concerns and assured us that my father was in great hands. She was in and out of his room, helping us with anything and everything we may have needed. When my father took a turn for the worse, and the code team had to intervene on his behalf, Ariane was very attentive to my mother and me while we waited to hear those words: “We have a pulse, and he is stable.”

Thank you, Ariane, for caring for my father as if he was your own. Thank you for praying with us and for us as we held our breath during his recovery. We felt the love you have for your profession and the selflessness you displayed.
