I was admitted with issues from prior surgery and my spirit was collapsed.From day 1 Arianna's bubbly personality gave me and my family hope that I was going to be okay due to Arianna's innate sense of compassion. There where so many moments I was about to break down in tears, Arianna was my advocate and coordinator. She pushed to get me the answers that I needed to know. She is such a selfless caring passionate person. She puts the lives and helping others first.I am truly inspired by the staff and the care that was given.

We met Arianna when my son was a patient here. Arianna was so kind and compassionate. She explained every stage of his care; she came to check on him frequently; she made a world of difference during a difficult time. Arianna is a true professional and I feel NewYork Presbyterian Hospital is fortunate to have her.
