My dad was admitted to the ICU and the nursing staff was phenomenal. I am a teacher and I value the way in which the nurse Ari educated me as to all that was going on with my dad. I would then put her words into notes in which I would send the rest of the family. I can feel her philosophy is treating patients as if they were her own family. She answered all my millions of questions in which I appreciate very much. All the ICU staff were great, but Ari was especially kind and compassionate! She not only provided excellent care to my father, but she also went out her way to make sure my mother and other family members were comfortable while visiting my dad. I especially appreciate Ari taking the time to shave and groom his hair, I know my father appreciated it as well.
