Ms. Arianne Coballes deserves to be recognized for her dedication and commitment as a teacher, leader, and mentor who selflessly shares her knowledge and expertise for the benefit of the institution/unit. She has consistently demonstrated inspiring leadership within KAUH-Nursing department, driving valuable and positive transformations that have significantly impacted our nursing units and the organization as a whole.

She has led the group of CRNs (Clinical Resource nurses) by example, motivating and encouraging them to reach their maximum potential while also setting high standards of performance. This, in turn, cascades to the nurses in the units as they provide consistent support to all the nurses in KAUH. Specifically, she plays the role of an active member and mentor to various programs and initiatives run by our department. She is a true change agent who increases the likelihood of change initiatives that lead to achieving our department goals. Truly, the impact of Ms. Arianne's work has been transformational.
