He was so respectful, professional, and always had a smile. He would always inform me about my meds and when everything was scheduled. He would inform me about what the medicine was for
When Ariel comes in the room he would always ask if everything was well and if there was anything else he could do. He would give me step by step breakdown of how the day will go. When it was time to be released, he explained all the information thoroughly and clearly and even put it in the envelope.
