Ariel, in many ways, did what she was supposed to do but did so not only with absolute competence and professionalism but with sincere compassion and kindness. While fortunately my outcome medically was excellent, for a time during my stay, I had to ponder the potential of a life-threatening diagnosis. Ariel's calm presence and thoughtfulness was of great comfort to me during that time.
