Ariel received 20 nominations from his co-workers. . . nurses, physicians, PAs, etc.
Excerpts from nominations. . .
Ariel is a positive team player who does a wonderful job. He works hard every day and is an advocate for his fellow employees. He is knowledgeable and a resource for the PACU.
Ariel is dedicated to providing the highest level of care for PACU patients. He is constantly striving to improve the performance and morale of his co-workers in the recovery room.
Our previous manager, Jeanie held a group interview with Ariel when he applied for shift coordinator. She also asked for input from all of the PACU staff. After Ariel received the job, Jeanie stated, “I have never experienced unanimous agreement from staff when hiring someone for a supervisory position until I hired Ariel!” Every person that works in the PACU respects him for his listening skills, his HONESTY, his integrity, and his desire for a respectful work environment. He busts his behind to make this a great work environment.
Organized the PACU team work concept – there is now a great feeling of “Esprit de Corps” amongst the employees. Ariel is very kind, professional, and understands that hard work should be rewarded – Ariel takes on many extra shifts and duties above and beyond his required job description.
His nursing skills are superb, his concern for patients is genuine, and his leadership is fair and effective!
Ariel consistently has the best interests of his patients at heart. Likewise, he is not afraid to advocate for his co-workers. He is dependable and smart in the event of an emergency and uses his nursing skills well to prevent crises.
He has an infectious personality and positive attitude that serve as an example for all he interacts with.
. . .He fights for positive change, his nursing skills are second to none. He is not afraid to work hard – which he does every day. I have never worked with a manager with such integrity or a better work ethic. He is the glue of our unit.
. . . Always does the right thing with patients and staff. . .
It is a blessing to have Ariel here. He is one of the kindest, most pleasant nurses to work around. . .
