My mother was admitted, and Arielle was her nurse during a large portion of her 11-day stay. While all the staff was great, Arielle stood out with her engaging personality and attentiveness to my mother's needs. She also took time with my father and me to explain my mother's condition, care and medications. She was very encouraging toward my mom when it came time to take her meds and to eat her meals, both of which she was reluctant to do.
Arielle was effective at communicating doctor's orders and expectations, as well as keeping us informed of the status of her discharge to another facility. Arielle definitely took part in all aspects of her care and made us all feel better about my mother's circumstances in being here. Great job, Arielle!
