She made me feel confident and gave me the opportunity to talk to her about my situation at home. She followed the protocol and procedures and looked out for my emotional and mental health.
Lt Vasquez has impacted my life. I came to the room after surgery. She is not only professional, but also compassionate and kind. She took care of not only my physical health, but my mental health as well when she asked me if I felt safe at home. She was investing in my well-being and always listened to me. She was aware of my body language and reactions when I answered the question. She made me feel confident and gave me the opportunity to talk to her about my situation at home. She followed the protocol and procedures and looked out for my emotional and mental health. She listened to my concerns and found me the help and support I needed to discharge safely. I received a lot of helpful information and assistance that I did not have before. Lt Vasquez was aware of it. Now I feel more secure and confident about what is happening in my life. I am very grateful that Lt Vasquez entered my life and took care of all aspects of my health. I am leaving the hospital better ready to continue healing from my surgery, not only physically but mentally stronger. Ms. Vasquez's support has been amazing. She has been a light in the dark tunnel. She is making a difference. I can feel her devotion, passion, and knowledge to serve in a medical field. I am so blessed to have her as my nurse after my surgery and my recovery. She gave the care, help, and support that every patient should have. She must be recognized.
