Every Nurse could learn from Arifa. She is kind, considerate, always smiling, punctual (she comes when called), gentle and encouraging. Specifically, she explains everything – what my medication is for, why a procedure is being done, and the best route for my recovery. Her knowledge of medicine is extraordinary! If she doesn’t know something, she has the curiosity to look it up. She was so helpful in easing my worries when she removed my catheter. Besides helping my physical needs, she has greatly helped direct me to a positive mental state.
