I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care and compassion I received during my stay at NGMC. While every member of the staff was exceptionally wonderful to me—and I truly mean that—there was one individual who touched my heart in a way I will never forget: Arjulia.

In a moment when I needed support the most, without asking, Arjulia felt it. She came up to me and offered a hug—no words at first, just pure kindness and compassion. It was exactly what I needed. Sometimes a smile, a wave, or a simple gesture like a hug can change the course of someone’s day. We never truly know what someone else is going through, and Arjulia’s presence was a reminder of the power of empathy and human connection.

She is truly a special lady. It takes someone extraordinary to work in the medical field, and I believe God has absolutely blessed her with this gift. NGMC is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her on the team.

Although my circumstances in life are very different now than they once were, every person I’ve encountered here made me feel seen, valued, and cared for. As someone who worked in healthcare for many years before facing medical challenges of my own, I know how much heart and effort it takes to do this work, and your team has shown me both.
