She is a self-starter, hardworking, and takes ownership of the Endoscopy Department, as that is her passion. She has excellent customer service skills and displays exceptional critical thinking skills. Arlene is a team player and encourages staff to always do their best. She recently was made Clinical Coordinator and assumes the responsibility of ensuring the department runs efficiently……For so many reasons Arlene deserves The DAISY Award.
