I cannot speak more highly of Arlene's professionalism, knowledge, caring and hard work. She has never forgotten anything I have asked her to 'do' for me.
Arlene has gone beyond expectations on explaining things to me. I can see the nurses here are very busy but Arlene has at any moment, given me her undivided attention and spent time with me when explaining procedures and medication schedules that have been difficult for me to understand.
Her willingness to help me keep instructions and works for my benefit, she's been a God Send. She is an exceptional nurse and is a fantastic reflection of Kaiser Permanente.
