Our experience in Labor & Delivery has been remarkable. All the staff has been great. However, Arlene went above and beyond. She spent several days with me during my care, in Labor & Delivery, for 4 days. I had a pretty traumatic journey for those 4 days and the support that Arlene gave was like having a mother figure who encouraged me, supported me and helped get through! Honestly, don't know what I'd do if I didn't end (I had a C-section) without Arlene.
