Arlene is on top of her game. I did not have to ring my call bell once for any meds. She was readily available with it before I could even ask. She told me any order changes and information on results from testing as they came back. I am a patient at this point in time, but I have also worked alongside her during critical experiences as a co-worker. Her knowledge of her patients and attention to detail are admirable. It is the best of the worst days when she is my nurse. Go, Arlene, keep it up!
