Arlene Lim provides exemplary nursing care and always knows her patients' clinical and personal needs. She has a gentleness about her that shows patients and families that she is genuinely concerned about their comfort and well-being. She offers her assistance when follow-up is needed on a patient or to assist a family member, and she is ever courteous and respectful in-person and on the phone. She is a role model for her peers, and is flexible to the needs of the unit.
