I met Arlene during her night shift and what really makes her a special nurse as per my experience is that she was always there for me as quickly as possible whenever I called her to fulfill my needs. Also, Arlene was really great as she was not only giving professional advice answers, but she was always sharing her personal experience as a human besides being a nurse.
