In a nutshell, Arlene has been a godsend to our family. My father has been at Temple for over a week now. The moment we met her, we knew she was the one. Not only has she, on numerous occasions, taken the time to explain to us exactly what is happening with meds and treatment plan in terms we could understand, but she developed the most caring and compassionate relationship with my dad and the rest of my family, that I could ever hope for. We trust her and her ability to care for him in our absence. Upon his discharge, we learned how truly special she really is. She explained the options in a way that only the most educated, dedicated, and passionate nurse could do. She treated us like family, and we are thankful God placed her in our lives.
