Arlette not only goes above and beyond for the hospital by working multiple shifts, but also varied shifts when needed. She is always willing to come in and help out no matter what time of the day it is. Arlette has went above and beyond in caring for her patients.

One of Arlette's patients was discharged home and forgot some equipment when he left that was needed. Arlette called the patient and made arrangements to drop the equipment off at the patient's home after work to keep the patient or family from having to return to the hospital.

When making rounds the one thing I always hear is how nice and pleasant Arlette is and that she continues to provide excellent care to not only the patients but also the families. I am always hearing her asking the family can we get anything for you also. She provides care with a smile no matter what is going on. She is there to support.

Arlette has even purchased food for families when they could not afford it. She provides exceptional care to her patients no matter the day.

Arlette is a shining light.
