Ms. Boucicault went above and beyond to provide extra care for my spouse. During this difficult time, she not only displayed compassion and empathy but also provided a comforting and soothing environment for both the patient and the family. She was knowledgeable and was able to provide the information in a consistent and effective manner, which we could understand. In moments of crisis, you want the best team and professional, but the charm that she brought and patient-focused qualities really made a difference. One of the standouts is that she never left her shift without saying goodbye, and even when she wasn’t the nurse assigned to his room, she remembered him and greeted us with a smile. He wasn’t a number for her. Any questions were always answered with a soothing tone. That makes a difference! I hope we could have more individuals in this world like her. She is truly destined for this profession. In this challenging time for us, she was a light. We thank her, appreciate her, and are excited that other patients will have her as their nurse one day!
