Arsho taught me what it truly means to work as a team. I was stunned when she offered to help split our work on a very busy day. No one had ever offered to help before. I was extremely grateful as I was already behind. We wrote up a checklist and split it up, we worked "together" and due to that, I was able to finish on time. If it were not for Arsho, I would have not been able to get out on time. I paid it forward and this caused a chain reaction and cultural change on our unit. It is now the norm to work together.
Not only is Arsho excellent and passionate, but she is also a great person to work with. She goes out of her way to make our unit better, even if she has to do more work. We are very lucky to have her as an example of a great teammate.
