I would like to say that from the moment Arsi started her shift, she had an air about her. She was so pleasant and cheerful. As she did her hourly rounds, her attention to detail, the confidence of everything she did, I knew she had at least 20 years under her belt. I'm not one to speak up about anything but I didn't need to. Arsi read my mind every time she came in. My IV was tangled up, I had it under the sheet. She just knew and started untangling it. When my IV started seeping, she was in here so quickly to handle it. It kept happening, so she got her steps in for sure. I was getting hot flashes, she came in and asked if I needed the a/c lowered. She fixed up the pillows so perfectly. I was so comfortable. Overall, she really made me feel like I was being well taken care of. She's incredible.
