I came into emergency with a severe case of diabetes. Art Arnold was my nurse for 2 or 3 days. Explained all facets of my care extremely well. Helped me learn to check my blood sugar and give myself shots. Very personable and professional. My wife and I felt ready and informed enough to leave the hospital.

I was extremely impressed with one particular nurse. Art sat with my wife and answered her questions. He also could see she was anxious and took the time to calm her. He was on top of the problems I was having and persisted in getting to the bottom of those and following through.
