Arthur is the kindest and most good-hearted colleague I have ever worked with. He smiles and cracks jokes on the busiest or most toxic shifts. He is willing to lend help whenever he can, not only to patients but also to his fellow co-workers. He cares about his patients as if they are his own relatives. He serves with a smile on his face. Arthur for me is the best nurse.

We had a tough time in the morning, however, once we reach the hospital we have been treated in a professional and kind manner by the crew, especially Mr. Arthur. He made sure we were taken care of during our 12-hour visit.
