Arti took the time after her 12-hour shift and asked to remain the nurse for a patient who was being withdrawn from life support. She grew such a good rapport with the family since having the patient that they had asked for her continuum of care while withdrawing care. Arti's compassion and dedication make her a true DAISY Nurse. The patient's family was more than thankfulin their time of grieving. Arti's effort to remain the primary nurse displays her compassion of the job.
