Asa has helped me numerous times navigate through a confusing maze between the VA and the private sector. He guided me through the process of filling my medication prescription. He helped me get a needed COVID vaccine. He helped me get a blood clot medicine changed. He helped me to get an appointment for my foot and a boot fitting session in Mattoon.
