Asako went above and beyond her duties during my stay at the hospital, especially the day I got discharged. I had surgery in September and endured lots of pain and nausea with vomiting continuing to the day of my discharge. Asako was not only confident and very skilled as a nurse, but also very caring and thoughtful. Nurses are like angels on earth sent to care for and comfort the sick.

On the day of my discharge, my husband left the room to get the car, so he could take me home; Asako saw that I was suffering from bad nausea and vomiting, and she made sure that I was okay. She administered a nausea medication before removing the IV line and gave me a clean towel, bringing extra burp bags in case I vomited while in the car. She never left my side even though someone is calling over the phone until I told her that I feel a little better after vomiting.

She told me to stay until I feel okay before riding the wheelchair. She made sure I got into the wheelchair safely and sent me with best wishes to feel better soon! I am greatly touched by the best care everyone has provided me, especially Asako, and for that, my family and I are forever grateful!
