Asha was the first nurse my wife and I had contact with after the ER. We were upset because we didn't understand why we were being kept. Asha listened to our concerns and apologized. She immediately told us everything she could and continuously updated us. My wife was very upset and after Asha held her hand and apologized for her experience. She promised to take care of me and at that moment and my wife was at peace. She gave both me and my wife such joy.
