Ashlea Beatty, RN
Recently, I was the only CNA on the floor. The nurse supervisor decided to see a fifth nurse and Ashlea decided to take the role of a CNA to help me so that I wouldn't be the only CNA on the floor. We tag teamed and got the job done. I am forever grateful for her. Well done Ashlea and even if she is not working as a CNA she is working as one because she doesn't mind helping.

In recent weeks our unit has been lacking in enough CNAs on night shift. On nights when we had 5 nurses, Ashlea volunteered to work as the second CNA. She is a shining example of teamwork and selflessness. She is always asking if she can help anyone and is the first one to volunteer for extra tasks. She is indeed deserving of this award.
