Ashlee Beaner and Anne Crocker, BSN, RN

One day we were extremely short on nurses and techs. I was caring for a very special patient who was completely dependent for ADLs and physical mobility. I, nor the assigned tech, had time to assist this patient in getting ready for her therapy sessions. I told Ashlee I needed help. Soon, Anne and Ashlee showed up. Not only did they do the necessary rehab tech tasks for this patient, such as perineal care and dressing, but they also went above and beyond by fixing the patient's hair, making her look beautiful, and best of all, making her laugh. Not to mention, the patient was only five minutes late for therapy! I was so touched. Anne and Ashlee's efforts showed that they care about our patients and our staff, and that they value team work, and that they view patients as part of the team. Ashlee and Anne are great role models. Thank you, and keep up the great work!
