December 2017 Honoree
ashlee koglmeier, RN
Ashlee cared for my brother-in-law after vascular surgery. He got the best hospital care I have seen in a long time. Ashlee made routine assessments, gave excellent patient teaching, and understood that I am hard of hearing. She is kind, a great critical thinker in time of need- when the patient experienced sudden on-set A-Fib! She has great communication skills and includes family in discharge planning. My brother-in-law is elderly and used to having full at-home autonomy, having lived alone for over 40 years, so he can be a handful when out of his environment. But Ashlee handled him with caring and grace. Thank you for the great care, Ashlee!
Thank you, Ashlee, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
