Ashlee worked overnight the night of the bad snowstorm in January. She was taking care of a little two-year-old girl who the mother said was standing on the couch looking out at the snow the entire previous shift. Ashlee went out of her way to go outside and get a tray full of snow and put it in the freezer for the girl to play with the next morning. Mom said it was the greatest, sweetest thing she could imagine. Little girl's face lit up when I brought in the tray of snow. She sat on the floor in the bathroom playing with it and then walked the halls finding someone to throw snowballs at! Thank you, Ashlee!
