Ashleigh Severance, LPN

Ashleigh regularly displays fierce advocacy for the consumers she serves. She recently had a consumer who needed a life-saving surgery but it came with many barriers. Through Ashleigh's dedication to protecting this consumer's choices and quality of life, she helped tackle the barriers in order for the consumer to be given the chance to have a life without fear and pain. Ashleigh also made sure staff had what they needed to provide safe and informed care. She spent a lot of time with the consumer to help them understand prognosis and potential outcomes. She showed compassion, empathy, conviction, and competency throughout this process. Way to go, Ashleigh!
