I just want to say Thank you for coming up to RLC yesterday to help us take care of our residents. You're always willing to help when needed. Thank you for making sure RLC is nice and clean. We miss having you at RLC.

Ashley was recognized by a new employee for being kind, sweet, and understanding. The employee noted that when she made a mistake, Ashley was very understanding, helped her fix the mistake, and taught her how to do it. The employee felt supported and like a valued member of the team.

"Ashley and a peer were an absolute delight to have today. They knocked out almost all of our Sunday and Monday baths. Not only did this make our residents so happy, but it boosted our staff's morale greatly and made them feel supported. Please send me their last names so I can put a kudos in. :) We are getting through this, and we appreciate the teamwork you gave us today!"
