Sometimes it is hard to be a student nurse and feel that they can find comfort in learning the skills and critical thinking they need to become successful until an individual can take their time to allow a learning environment to help them be successful. Ashley is always warm and welcoming and has given each of my nursing students skills and confidence that they would have never received in a traditional classroom. She has truly adopted the nursing profession and is a role model for nurse mentors.
