I had a total hip replacement and had to stay overnight due to pain. I am writing to bring to your attention the actions of my night nurse, Ashley Caldwell. She was exceptional in the compassion, concern, attentiveness, and care she displayed. I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and she was the epitome of professionalism. A hospital stay is not a pleasant experience, but she helped make it as bearable as it could be. I thank her for that sincerely.

Ashley was very fast and proficient when I called needing my nurse. At the time, I was having issues with my catheter, among other things, and she quickly came in and found the problem. She fixed my problem in a timely manner. She assured me that there was no problem too small or too big and to always call her when I needed something. She is a great asset to your team.
