Ashley is a nurse who exemplifies excellent customer service during her day-to-day practice. She has received numerous recognition by patients during my nurse leader rounds and patient letters submitted after discharge. She models our HCAHP model of effective communication through active listening and explaining things in a way our patients understand.
One patient described Ashley's care as "exceptional, a nurse who goes above and beyond to ensure patients are comfortable."
Ashley also had 2 great catches for the month of July where she was able to identify on two separate occasions HAPI. Her constant willingness to listen and communicate effectively makes her a true DAISY Nurse. Her compassion is evident in her day-to-day practice.
