Ashley was praised by her preceptor for providing excellent help and bedside care to all of her patients. Her clinical instructor also observed Ashley in the UMC ED at the time of the current spike in COVID-19 cases and the chaos that ensued in the overall environment. She breezed along easily in the ED trauma bay as a fully-oriented nurse would've done and worked closely with the trauma team to provide the best care possible for her patients on the moment, offering comfort but also remaining on her toes to get the job done. Ashley has been a joy to work with and will be an excellent asset to any facility she works for in the near future with her diligence. skill, kindness, and compassion she will go far.
