Following a tubal procedure, I was admitted with the worst infection and pain I’ve ever experienced. This led to a 5-day stay and surprise removal of my uterus. Ashley literally held my hand every step of the way. She made certain that I was always comfortable, and I never had to ask for anything because she was always two steps ahead. Her compassion is unmatched. I’ve never felt so safe, heard, or cared about as I did when Ashley cared for me. I’m an exclusively pumping mom, and when I woke up after surgery, I found that she had not only bagged, labeled, and stored my milk, she had washed my pump parts too. That was a pleasant surprise to wake up to. She didn’t have to do that! She let me rest instead. The level of care Ashley provided me with is unbelievable. Every hospital needs her. She is what a perfect nurse entails. I could not have done this without her.
