Ashley was relentlessly supportive, upbeat, and positive. Her good energy helped me focus all my attention on getting well. I especially appreciated Ashley’s efforts to work with my profound hearing impairment. While she explained she had to remain masked to comply with hospital protocol, she made sure I understood her by communicating simply and even with gestures when necessary and with incredibly good humor.
