I brought my mother into the Emergency Room for high blood pressure. We were so worried about her. Ashley Coronado was our nurse, and she was so kind. She let both me and my daughter into the room and relieved our anxiety. She assured us that we made the right decision to come and get checked out instead of making us feel silly. When we spoke, she gave us her full attention. Ashley provided excellent education on when we should bring my mother back if this happens again. She explained every procedure in words we all understood, and we felt very attended to. She treated my elderly mother with the dignity and care she deserves. My whole family is very thankful for this positive ER experience.
